Window Cleaning

A water-fed pole is an extendable pole that delivers purified water through a brush head. Purified water has the dissolved minerals removed — when it dries, it leaves no deposits or streaks. The pole allows us to clean ground-floor and two-storey windows without ladders, which is faster and eliminates ladder-related risk.

Four to eight weeks in normal conditions. In coastal suburbs with salt air, or during periods of heavy pollen, windows may show visible deposits after two to three weeks. The purified water clean removes mineral deposits that tap water leaves behind, so the baseline is cleaner and stays cleaner longer.

Yes. Frames and sills are cleaned as part of every window job. On older aluminium frames with oxidation, we will note the condition — cleaning removes surface grime but does not restore oxidised aluminium.

We service residential buildings up to two storeys using water-fed pole systems. Commercial buildings up to four storeys are within our capability. For buildings above four storeys, you need a specialist rope access or EWP contractor.
